The following items are required in order to complete the admissions process:

Completed and signed application
Registration fee $375 – 1st student, $300 per additional sibling
Copy of immunization record
Copy of Birth Certificate
Students in first grade and above must submit a current report card and the results of a recent standardized test covering math and verbal skills. If you do not have both of these, provide a representative copy of your child’s recent work (i.e. a recent book report or essay and a math test)

When we receive your application, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment for a family interview. After the interview has been completed, you will be notified within one week regarding your child’s admission status. Class size is limited. If there are no openings for your student, you may be placed on a waiting list if you choose.

Parent/Student Waiver
1. 1. We acknowledge that we agree to support the school, administration and teachers in all aspects with regards to the education of our child.
2. 2. We agree to support the teaching of the Scriptures to our child as a part of the school's curriculum.
3. 3. We further agree to meet our financial obligations in a timely manner and understand that adjustments to the fee schedule and tuition may occur as deemed appropriate by the administration and school Board of Directors. All fees and tuition payments must be current for a student to attend CBCS. The application fee is non-refundable.
4. 4. We acknowledge that the information contained in this application is accurate to the best of our knowledge and understand that the Admissions Committee determines admission into Capo Beach Christian School and that the completion of this application does not guarantee admission.
5. 5. I give permission for my child to take part in all school activities, including sports and school sponsored trips that are away from the school premises, and absolve the school and its' staff members from liability because of any injury to my child at the school or during any school activity.
6. 6. I understand that the standards of conduct at CBCS do not allow for profanity, obscenity in word or action, dishonor to the Holy Trinity and the Word of God, or disrespect to the personnel of the school at any time.
7. 7. I understand that, as a parent at CBCS, I am required to participate in fund-raising and as a volunteer in support of the school staff and mission.
